What makes DUO PLUS unique?
A focus on emotional intelligence skills is what makes DUO PLUS different. Based on extensive research and industry experience, DUO PLUS provides programs and services using emotional intelligence (EQ) competencies to coach measurable change on three levels: individual, team, and organisational. EQ leadership competencies include self-awareness, resilience, compassion, trust, creativity, and intuition.
